Handmade Footwear & Accessories

Made-to-Order & Ready-to-Wear

We understand that fit can vary from person to person. If your shoes do not fit, you may return them within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unmarked, and undamaged. Please try shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles.

We thoroughly inspect every item before shipping to ensure quality. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please notify us immediately upon receipt. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If a replacement is available, we will offer an exchange. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be provided upon return of the faulty item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

All returns must be carefully packed in the original packaging to ensure protection during transit. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

We cannot cover return shipping costs for orders outside the USA.

Refunds & Exchanges

- Refunds are only applicable to full-price items. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the return. Shipping costs, taxes, and import duties are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been inspected. If you choose an exchange, we will confirm your credit amount or begin production on your new item.

Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of bespoke footwear and accessories, these items are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Return Policy for Supply Shop

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If an item arrives damaged due to shipping or is incorrect, contact us within 7 days for an exchange or refund. Items must be unused to be eligible.

- Order cancellations are not possible once the package has shipped.
- Customers outside the USA are responsible for return shipping costs.

Pre-sale and pre-order items are purchased based on customer requests and are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or refunds.

Shipping

- In-Stock Items: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. A tracking number will be provided once shipped.
- Pre-Sale Items: Subject to manufacturer turnaround times. Once received at Atelier D'Incecco, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and shipping.
- Handcrafted Footwear & Accessories: Items are shipped in the order they are completed. Turnaround times vary by product but generally range from 6-8 weeks. Please refer to individual product listings for details.

Atelier D’Incecco is not responsible for import charges, customs fees, postal damages, delays, or lost packages outside the United States. We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping services for returns, as lost packages must be claimed directly with the courier.
