Shipping Policy
Processing & Shipping Times
- Made-to-Order Items: Production times vary by product. Please refer to individual product listings for estimated turnaround times. Once completed, orders are shipped in the order they are finished. Generally, production takes 4-6 weeks before shipping.
- Ready-to-Wear & In-Stock Items: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday). A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
- Pre-Sale Items: Subject to the manufacturer's turnaround times. Once received at Atelier D’Incecco, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and shipping.
All orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Locations & Responsibilities
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are shipped from Miami.
All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees incurred. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing an order.
Customs, Delays & Liability
- Vicky D’Incecco / Atelier D’Incecco is not responsible for any customs delays, import fees, or postal damages.
- We cannot be held liable for shipping delays caused by customs clearance or payment processing issues.
- We strongly recommend selecting a tracked and insured shipping method, as lost packages must be claimed directly with the courier.
Returns & Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
- We cannot cover return shipping for orders outside the USA.
- Refunds exclude shipping fees, taxes, and import duties.
